We are building a customer operations platform for trade businesses, starting with plumbers in France: from the first phone call to the follow-up after a job.

When an artisan is busy on site, answering every call is difficult. Our first workflow captures a caller’s request, verifies contact details and asks for confirmation before creating a callback to handle in the artisan’s workspace.

One place to take the next step.

The local application already supports request management and callback follow-up. The artisan can review who to call and why, take ownership, defer the callback and record the outcome.

Our roadmap extends this foundation to appointment coordination, reminders, customer history and an automatic invitation to leave a Google review after a completed job. Review requests will invite honest feedback from customers, regardless of their rating.

Informed by conversations with artisans.

Our conversations with artisans have confirmed the usefulness of the idea. Some are willing to test the product. These conversations shape the first workflows and our preparation for a limited pilot.

Technology with a clear purpose.

We have selected Claude, an AI model developed by Anthropic, to understand requests, take corrections into account and prepare useful summaries for the artisan.

We have chosen ElevenAgents, ElevenLabs’ voice platform, for telephone conversations. In the dashboard, the artisan can review the information, track requests and decide what to do next.

Beyond phone calls, our roadmap includes customer-file summaries, follow-up message drafts and highlighting cases that need attention, so the artisan can find the right information and decide what to do next.

Our application enforces which actions can be recorded or triggered. Deterministic workflows, such as sending a review invitation after a job is marked complete, follow explicit business rules.

The next milestone is a validated voice workflow and a limited pilot with interested artisans. We are designing a subscription product for trade businesses.
